Holbrook House offers a full Wedding Co-ordination service at no extra charge. From the first time you contact us right through to the big day itself, we are always on hand to advise, assist and support. There’s plenty to think about and plenty to organise, even with the smaller wedding, but we can draw upon our extensive past experience to prevent any undue worry and stress. Our Co-ordinators are as compassionate and caring as they are capable.
We firmly believe that planning a wedding should be straightforward, enjoyable and even fun !

We are happy to recommend and organise Florists, Photographers, Professional Toast Masters, Cake Makers and everyone else you could possibly need – all local companies that we have built good working relationships with over many years.
Our dedicated events team is on hand throughout the planning process of your wedding.
We are pleased to be able to offer guests the option of Fireworks within our grounds. Please note that a ground maintenance charge of £30.00 is made.
Beauty Treatments
We offer a vast range of treatments for the Bride, Groom, Family and guests to sooth, relax and pamper either before or after the big day, or both. Please see the separate insert for full details.
Wine
We have an extensive range of quality wines from all over the world for you to choose from. If you would like some assistance with choosing appropriate wines for your selected menu we would be delighted to help. Please ask for a copy of our full wine list.
Should you prefer to supply your own wine or champagne for your wedding day, the following corkage charges apply;
£12.00 per 75cl bottle of wine
£16.00 per 75cl of champagne
(These corkage charges are non-negotiable)
Wedding Insurance
We recommend that you consider insuring your special day against unforeseen circumstances.
Booking

To make a booking we would be pleased to provisionally hold a date for a maximum period of two weeks.

To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of £1,000.00 is required with 50% of your estimate balance due 3 months prior to the event with the remaining estimate balance due 2 weeks before the date.

Any additional charges incurred on the day will be due in full on departure.

Weddings booked on a Peak Season date, Saturdays from June to September are expected to comprise of a three course wedding breakfast and an evening finger buffet.
