Exclusive Use Weddings

Imagine, Holbrook being your own home for the day or even for the weekend.
The House, the Grounds and all Staff at your disposal for a stylish and memorable Country House Wedding.

Exclusive Use will start from 12 noon on your chosen day and the Manor House will be exclusively yours until 11.00am the following morning.  This includes all 21 bedrooms, Full English Breakfast – based on double occupancy, the use of the main house, public rooms and bar, the gardens, lawns and terraces, use of the Holbrook Suite and Civil Ceremony room if needed, and VAT at 17.5%  Your guests also have access to our Spa facilities during opening hours. 

The evening party can take place in the main Manor House when booking the house on an exclusive use basis.

When booking the House for exclusive use, if your guests wish to stay with us the night prior to your Wedding, we will be able to offer them a reduced Dinner Bed & Breakfast rate of £210.00 per room based on double occupancy, regardless of what grade of room they book.  This gives you the option of your Wedding Party arriving the day before, having the chance to unwind and have a pre-wedding celebration before the big day itself.  Ideal for your guests who are travelling some distance or if you would like to make a real weekend of it and embrace the spirit of this very English Manor House….traditional genteel Lawn Games, or how about a spot of clay pigeon shooting?  All can be arranged, please ask for more details.  If you would like to have the House exclusively for a whole Weekend incorporating a Friday and Saturday night, this can also be arranged on request.

It is possible to reserve cots and Z beds in selected Bedrooms.  An additional charge of £15 per cot and £25 per Z bed will apply per night inclusive of a Full English Breakfast.

Reduced Rates for your Guests
When booking the House for exclusive use, we will reduce our Bed and Breakfast rate by 25% for any additional bedrooms taken by your guests the night prior to your wedding.

Chilled Bottle of Champagne in the Bridal Suite
To relax your nerves or to finish off your special day, there will be a bottle of chilled Champagne awaiting you in your Bridal Suite.

Your Table Stationary
We are happy to provide menus and place cards which can be a lovely souvenir for your family and friends.  The menu cards can be printed with a personalised inscription such as a poem or simply your names and the date of your wedding.  A table plan can also be printed for you.

Cake Stand and Knife
To compliment your Wedding Cake we have a silver, round or square, cake stand which is placed on a table for your cake designer to display as you require.  A silver knife is also available: your florist could adorn this with a simple flower and ribbon.

Master of Ceremonies
Our Operations Manager will be happy to perform the MC duties on the day of your wedding which include announcing your Wedding Breakfast to your guests, organising the receiving line, announcing the Bride and Groom into the Wedding Breakfast, cutting of the cake, and the speeches.  If you would like to appoint one of your guests to perform these duties, our Operations Manager will be able to assist them on the day.

Red Carpet on Arrival
When you return from your church ceremony, or enter into the Holbrook Suite for your Wedding Breakfast, we will have our beautiful red carpet laid out to welcome the newly married couple and your guests.

Use of our Spa and Personal Trainers Three Months prior to your Wedding
You will be given a complimentary pass to have full use of our members’ Spa for the three months leading up to your wedding.  Our dedicated personal trainers will put together a programme to target any areas that you may wish to improve!  Alternatively, you can simply use the facilities to unwind and relax during those busy months before the big day, and take advantage of our luxurious beauty treatments!
