Three Night Christmas House Party or One Night New Year Celebrations
Please telephone in the first instance to check availability. Reservations may then be guaranteed by forwarding a 50% deposit by 31sr October 2004, with the full balance payable by the 1st December.
For any cancellation received less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, per payments will be non refundable unless we are able to resell the accommodation.
Private Dining and Christmas Parties
Parties of ten or over must choose from our Christmas Party menus:
‘The Brook’, The Cedar’, The Dove Cot’ and ‘The Holbrook’.We would respectfully point out that all members of the party must choose from the same menu, although we are able to accommodate vegetarian or special dietary requirements .
We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking . We will accept cash, cheque, private or company credit cards. The balance will be payable fourteen days before the event. Deposits are non refundable.
Christmas & New Year Bookings
We require a 50% deposit for any private Luncheon or Dinner Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period with the balance payable on the day. Deposits are non-refundable.
The management reserves the right to amend the Christmas or New Year programme without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
