Club News October

I think we need to utilise the darker evenings in a more possible manner. If you’re anything like me, by 8:30 I’m ready for bed as my body clock is all out of sync with how quickly the nights are drawing in. Instead of wasting our time with long evenings in front of the telly, aimlessly scrolling through the channels for something to watch, we should get up, put on our gym shoes and head to Holbrook for a fun and socialable exercise class or take a relaxing dip in our indoor pool. Plus exercise has been proven to increase your sleep quality by 65% according to a study in the journal Mental Health and Physical Activity. So it’s a win win as you will improve your overall health and gain a new network of friends.

We are excited to announce that as of the 1st October we are now open at 06:45 Monday-Friday. So all you early birds can get your fit on before work.

We know that workout as part of a group is important and working out with friends is even better and that’s why we have an Open Day on Saturday 21st October. Bring all your friends as you build a stronger friendship in the gym and achieve something great together as you all stride towards your fitness goals. Please we have some great classes on offer and will be showcasing our Winter Bootcamp which will be on at 10:00-11:00 so come along to that for a challenging, yet very enjoyable class which is suited to all fitness levels.

We will have some great deals for joining which will only be available on the day and there is no need to book in advance but make sure you DON’T MISS IT! As this is the last Open Day of 2017.
