With parking for up to 100 vehicles, ground floor access to our main rooms and the ability to comfortably accommodation 2 to 170 delegates, Holbrook House offers a flexible approach to the business and function organisers needs.
Our rooms have natural daylight with black out facilities, along with ample power points. Both rooms open up to a terrace area where, weather permitting, morning coffee, afternoon tea and even lunches may be enjoyed.
Overnight accommodation may be taken from a choice of our 21 executive double en-suite bedrooms. 17 rooms are available as twin bedded rooms, enabling us to accommodate up to 38 delegates, all furnished to a very high standard and are equipped with items expected of a luxury country house hotel. The bedroom facilities include direct dial telephones, colour televisions, hairdryers, trouser presses and alarm clock radios.
Dining at Holbrook
Our award winning fine dining restaurant has a reputation for exceptionally good food and a selection of over 150 fine wines, hand picked from around the world. Using locally grown produce and fresh meat and fish, our seasonally changing menus offer an interesting selection of dishes. Our banqueting menu is also available for larger parties. The atmosphere is both relaxed and informal, with private dining facilities also available.

The Bar and Lounge Areas
Our oak panelled bar and reception lounges with their comfortable sofas and blazing log fires create the perfect setting to relax with colleagues and enjoy a drink before and after your meal. The lounge bar remains open until 12.00am for resident guests.
Recreation and Light Entertainment
We are delighted to offer private dining facilities for numbers from 2 to 170 people “Themed” Dinner parties are available - an excellent way to build team spirit!
To schedule a recreation break as part of your business function will add interest to your agenda and increase alertness amongst your delegates. You may choose to insert a recreational break at any time during your business function, and it need not be any longer than the length of your normal break time. You may choose from the selection available below or ask for a unique custom designed program to enhance your overall theme.

Our Day Delegate Package includes morning tea/coffee and biscuits, luncheon with coffee and afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits. The use of our meeting room from 8.30am to 5.30pm, pads, pencils, and Mineral Water, within your room.
24 Hour Delegate Rate £170.00 per delegate
To include All Day Delegate Package, with the addition of a set three course evening dinner, coffee and petit fours, overnight accommodation in a twin/double room, and full English breakfast the following morning.
The prices shown in this booklet are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, however they may change without prior notice. This booklet supersedes all previous issues.

We would be pleased to offer the exclusive use of Holbrook House Hotel to include our 21 twin/double bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities at a rate of £6000.00 per night for a maximum of 42 residential guests.
This exclusive rate is for the use of the house and rooms only, with all incidental charges raised additionally.
